Join us for an interactive, parent-child group designed to help you:
- Learn how to soothe and connect with your baby and read their cues
- Connect with other infant parents and caregivers
Infant massage offers many benefits:
- Promotes relaxation and sleep
- Supports healthy digestion and circulation
- Reduces fussiness, gas, and colic symptoms
- Encourages healthy attachment and emotional regulation
Led by an experienced child psychologist, this 8-week group is offered both in-person and online. Choose the option that works best for you!
